This resourceful team is on the cutting edge of ministry; they are confident in Christ and their strong managerial and leadership style is based on unconditional love and transparency. They have enjoyed more than 20 years of Lead/Senior Pastoral ministry with the Assemblies of God. By the grace of God they have led churches into congregational healing and revival as they began transitioning them into a Fully Pentecostal Purpose Driven Churches which includes increased membership, discipleship growth through small groups, involvement in ministry and awareness and involvement in missions and personal evangelism. Pastor Susie is personally gifted in the areas of hospitality, guest relations, and follow-up. Her heart and love for people is evident as she serves others. Pastors Randy & Susie Brummitt have two children, Randy, who is preparing to fulfill God’s call upon his life at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida and Danielle. Danielle feels God’s call as well, and is very active in all areas of Youth ministry. Both Randy & Danielle have a great heart for worship and have written worship choruses. Randy and Susie’s personal vision is to intentionally and strategically worship God with their lives by helping others discover:     Magnification - A personal lifestyle of worship; loving God back because He first loved us.     Membership - A personal commitment to belong to God and to a local body of believers.     Maturity - A personal devotion to become Spirit controlled, Spirit filled and more like Christ daily.     Ministry - A personal responsibility to serve the local body with their God-given gifts and talents.     Mission - A personal commission to become involved in local and global missions and personal evangelism.
